Welcome to Precision K9 Academy. By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in any of our services—including evaluations, private lessons, obedience programs, board and train programs, puppy training, boarding services, classes, or events—you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Service Agreement
Precision K9 Academy provides professional dog training and boarding services designed to improve obedience, behavior, and communication between dogs and their owners.
Training results vary based on factors including your dog’s temperament, consistency, health, age, and your commitment to practicing the training after services are completed. While we strive to achieve excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Payments & Scheduling
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
Appointments and training programs are confirmed once payment or any required deposit has been received.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits, as outlined at the time of booking.
Vaccination & Health Requirements
Owners are responsible for ensuring that their dogs are healthy and current on all vaccinations required for participation in training or boarding services.
Dogs showing signs of illness, contagious disease, or aggressive behavior that presents an unreasonable safety risk may be refused service.
Owner Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding your dog’s health, behavior, and training history.
Follow all trainer instructions during and after your training program.
Continue practicing the training techniques taught by Precision K9 Academy.
Maintain appropriate veterinary care for your dog.
Owner participation and consistency are essential to achieving lasting training results.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Working with dogs involves inherent risks, including bites, scratches, property damage, and unpredictable animal behavior.
By participating in our services, you voluntarily assume these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Precision K9 Academy, its owners, employees, and trainers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in our services, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Owners remain responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog before, during, or after training or boarding services.
Website Use
All content on precisionk9academy.com, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Precision K9 Academy unless otherwise noted.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Privacy
Your use of this Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
